Congratulations, you look incredible!

A difference of 40 pounds  So glad I took these photos, because it took me a couple years to get here and it's been hard for me to see the difference as I go!

Great job! We have very similar body shapes so this gives me hope <3

This is always the way for me! I can lose weight but once I feel better I think "oh it's no big deal if I grab some Doritos..." and it just starts me on a slippery slope
-
You've done amazing!!! I had been following your early progress and was impressed then, but this is terrific! Hopefully the inspiration I need after stalling with my own journey

Thanks guys! I'm so excited. It's just one of those "this is working!" moments that helps with the motivation :)

Awesome! You look great

I just started the workouts last week (still calorie counting on MFP not using the containers), so I don't have any actual results to speak of. I can say that I love the workouts though, I love that it's only a half hour a day, and that there is a variety because I get bored doing the same thing day after day. My pants are…

I actually just signed up for the all access pass this weekend. I like working out at home, I've never been a big fan of the gym. So it works for me

I agree with the Leslie Sansone videos. I have several of hers that I've used off and on over the years. I've always been kind of a sporadic exerciser though, and in recent years I really haven't exercised at all. Now I'm starting back up again and I'm doing 21 day fix. So far I like the workouts a lot

I have all carpeted floors so I like to workout barefoot, I feel like socks and sneakers stick and I hate that
-
I definitely consider myself a beginner and I'm currently doing the 21 day fix workouts. So far I love them. There is a modifier for each workout which is nice because there's only a few moves I can do without her! But so far so good

Amazing job!!!

Congratulations on becoming a mom! And you've already been doing an amazing job losing 44 pounds! I've been up and down in weight myself over the years. I was always thin as a child and teenager, and only gained weight once I hit the college years. I gained 70 pounds in just a few years, lost 40 of it and maintained that…

I have been too, it's frustrating. I think in the last couple weeks I've been under my calorie goal MAYBE once or twice. But you know you can do it! And good luck to your husband!! It's great to go on this journey together :)

Great job!

Merry Christmas :)

Great job!

I'm right where you are, just many years later. Same height and roughly the same starting weight. Congratulations on taking your first step!
-
Amazing transformation! I'm just starting in my journey and reading stories like yours really helps!
-
Awesome job!
-
Thank you both so much!
-
Great job! You look amazing
-
You look terrific! We are the same height and I'm starting at about the same weight you did, so this is really motivating for me :)

I haven't been super strict with my diet yet. Food is the area I struggle with the most, so I'm hoping I can focus on one thing at a time and eventually get it all together!

No measurable results yet as I've only been doing it for about a week, but I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel! I feel like I'm standing taller, and get less winded with everyday activities, which is nice
