  • Everything was good on Sunday. I ran, rowed and lifted. I had a row off w ith a Marine and made a new friend in the process. Was invited to be the swimmer in the City of Lakes Triathlon. Its a 750m open water swim. Happy to be invited, but thinking its not part of my personal goal plan.

  • Happy Birthday to Drea2011! AND MANY MORE! Yesterday was a complete rest day for me, pre competition today (Saturday) So a Pass day. However, I did track my food and ate what I tracked! HOORAY! Now I am off to get ready for my event!
