  • Hello! Ive been MIA. On top of the pelvis, I threw o ut three ribs. I am on zero exercise right now. Not even stretching. No walking. Waiting on a referral to get an Xray. Food is not great....but I #keep moving forward.
  • Everything was good yesterday. Worked out with coach for 1 hour.
  • Exercise? yes. In pool and stretching in hot tub. Then got a sports massage. Best massage I've ever had. I feel so much better...had lots of knots. Tracked? yes. Ate what I tracked? yes.

  • A saga it has been the last few days! For Saturday, I ran on the track doing endurance and some sprinting. My food has not been good....WHY? Because I have not been tracking. Need to get back to business!

  • My coach who is USAT certified has me doing both. I do dynamic stretching first then a warm up incl walking and then jogging before I run. Same in the pool.   • Got my days mixed up reporting in. One day I forgot to log in and tracks ...but I just eat what I had planned the day before....exercise good...ate what I tracked.
