The only thing I can think about is an episode of my 600lb life where a little boy had to take care of his mother. He was barely as tall as the washer and dryer and he was the one doing the cleaning and cooking... I was afraid he'd hurt himself getting stuck in the washing machine. He was so small.

Stress. Mostly from my mother and also trying to get a job. The last 5 days I've been stress eating to hell because my mom has been picking fights (calling the cops on a neighbor and firing her home health aide).

Getting into the overweight, then normal range, and being out of the obese category for the rest of my life.

1- Not cleaning the machines after use (I wipe them before and after use ever since I wiped one once out of curiosity and it came off brown and stained the whole wipe.) 2- Reusing the same sweaty outfit the whole week. I can't smell things a lot due to sinus build up, but good grief to be hit with that stank is just too…

A trainer at a CrossFit place I went to told me to stand near a wall, not too close, arms stretched above my head hands on the wall, and to squat down. If my nose bumped the wall, or even my knees, I was leaning too far forward.

Personally I wouldn't. I know there can be trainers out there who are not fit and know their stuff, but I follow by example. The coach i take classes for is amazing and that's what pushes me. In her I see a goal I want to achieve, being as physically fit as her, and that's what keeps me going when I want to give up. And…

You need to find something else to reach to when you're stressed. Journaling, listening to music, talking to a trusted friend about what is going on or even venting to yourself a bit, deep breathing and/or meditating. I also stop myself and think about what is it I really want. The excess food over my calorie intake, which…

I use an app called water drink reminder. If you enter your weight it will tell you. As you lose weight or do activities or are in hit weather it will give you the adjustment, so long as you enter what's going on and it's simple to do. For your weight it said 95.7 fl oz.

Did you know they made a kid version of it?

I've never seen Revenge Body. Going to look that up. There is another that you might find interesting, It's called Supersize vs Superskinny. You can catch some of thee episodes on youtube.

What makes my weightloss efforts worth it for me are the moments I can do things that I physically could not do before. I did a Tough Mudder half last summer. Before I started losing weight I never thought I could do something like that. Then in a kickboxing class I've taken before the teacher thanked me at the end for…

Oh no she didn't. She was actually using me to get the takeout she wanted. Her mom watched her bank account, this girl was in college, and would get me to buy the takeout she wanted and then made it seem to her mom that she was treating me whenever she actually paid me back by buying food at whatever restaurant she wanted.…

The 1st time I started losing weight I wasn't using mfp. I ended up gaining weight because a "friend" would convince i.e. claim she couldn't eat unless the person with her was eating too and force my orders to be large instead of the small I asked for, and would claim 10 minutes on the treadmil was all that was needed and…

The coach for my classes has always recommended running for weight loss on top of tracking. I hate running though because I'm slow, if rather lift weights, but it's something to work on if you want to lose the weight and work on your speed.

It's pretty much doing the same thing as CICO. You're restricting the amount of calories you're consuming. My recommendationwould be to not do it because eventually you will not be taking the shakes. The weight could come back if you go back to the way you were eating before. It's more important to make permanent changes…

A good scale will be your best friend. I learned it the hard way, and by getting used to it in culinary classes. Use seperate containers and weight everything out. Any food item with a nutritional label will have ounces and grams on the side by the serving size.

You can do it if you stick to your deficit. One semester i couldn't make it to the gym so I just restricts and lost a bit over 20 lbs during that time.

I have about 60 more pounds to go. 5'1 SW=240 CW=183 .

Heya! I've been working on my diet by consuming less takeout and picking out foods that are less greasy. My main focus has been on sticking to the 1200 calories daily.

Don't stress too much about it. I finally got off of a plateau that lasted a bit over 4 months. I have a food scale and measured and took exercise classes. I ended up in bed for a couple weeks because I got my wisdom teeth taken out. I stuck to meal replacement shakes and ate like a bird. I was finally able to check last…

Changing the way i think about food. I want what goes into my body to be beneficial. Not something that tastes good in the moment that's unhealthy as heck, but somethings that tastes good and is good. Also, that I'm not a dog and I don't have to treat myself to crap food every time I either lose a pound or completed a gym…

I'm so close to being at a point that I'll have lost 60 pounds (I'm 2 pounds away) and starting the year without having gained weight since i started trying to lose weight <3. I'm also worried about being able to get a job and still attend the exercise classes that I love. They help me deal with my stress and make me feel…

A good scale could help if you're cooking your own meals. It might help you to get a more accurate count at what you're eating. Plateaus sometimes take a while to get past. Someone told me to take measurements of the scale is not moving. I know it's taken me close to 6 months for the scale to start moving down. Just keep…

I've always been overweight, when I got into high school I was in the obese catagory, but the straw was when I hit my heighest (known) weight of 240. I'm down 56 pounds and have shown my before pic to someone and they've said I don't look like the same person ♡.

Family and friends can be the biggest anti-motivators. You have to remember why you are losing the weight. If it's for yourself or a goal then focus on yourself or that goal. More than likely the people who are obese that are putting you down because they are jealous. You're doing something about your situation and they…
