Congrats on the loss! We all have set backs every now and then but it seems like you're well on your way to losing it again! :)

Hi lovely! So far I have been drinking anglasnofnwater if I feel hungry in between meals. If I still feel hungry after that I have pre made snacks in the fridge eg carrot sticks. But if my craving for chocolate is really bad I have a chocolate flavoured supplement shake for breakfast or before a workout so I burn the extra…

Thanks lovely! I am feeling so motivated this time around and I have heard a lot of people saying logging everything they eat and sticking to their set calorie intake has helped them lose weight. I just need to stick to it! Good luck with your journey -xo

Thank you!

Staying away from people who eat out a lot is such a good tip! Only downfall for that is my boyfriend orders so many takeaways! It's going to test my motivation a lot! But hopefully once I'm in a routine of eating good healthy food I won't be bothered about takeout etc :)
-
I've never thought of doing that! Thanks :)

@guinevere96 thanks so much lovely, I must admit trying new foods etc is something I don't tend to do but really want to! I think when I'm trying to eat healthier I tend to eat the same things then give up after a week or so. I also need to drink so much more water and cut out coffee! Haha thanks again for the tips!…

I've found drinking lots of water, cutting down on salt and drinking green tea helps

Feel free to add me, I am taking losing weight much more seriously this time around and really want to get involved with the community on the forums so we can all keep motivated together! -xo

@njaalla my boy fired eats unhealthy food but he prefers savoury to sweet. He hates all veg other than potatoes so cooking healthy meals can be challenging! Haha x

@njaalla haha I know I still really young but I feel like I can't eat rubbish like I used to haha. I love baking so much! I used to bake different things all the time. The only thing that helps my need to bake is my boyfriend doesn't eat sweet things so I don't tend to make them as often haha x

Make sure you wash your bed sheets regularly Wash your face everyday with an everyday face wash Then use a gentle exfoliator one a week if particularly oily Moisturise! I used sudocrem when I had bad acne it worked a dream cleared most of my acne with in a couple of weeks.

@wacky2016 I'm the exact same, I've always had a sweet tooth especially for chocolate, i could eat it all the time haha! Not only do I want to lose weight for vanity but also to be healthier. I've never really ate healthy or exercised but now I'm getting older I can't eat what I want and stay skinny haha!

Dating on weight loss app...I've seen it all now lol. Perhaps POF might be a better choice? Random but good luck haha!
-
I agree! I personally think I feel most motivated when I see other people succeeding on their journey rather than reading tips and advice.

Thanks so much, I have tried so many different things over the past couple of years and nothing has stuck, I have too much of a sweet tooth I think! I'm just hoping this time round the penny drops and I stick to it! I have a feeling using this app could help a lot if I use it properly :)
