I used to have cravings all the time. I cut back on the carbs I was eating and cut out all refined carbs and my cravings went away. The more carbs you eat the more you crave!

I make omelettes in a muffin pan. Just wisk some eggs (or egg whites) and mix in whatever veggies you want. I sometimes add some turkey sausage or turkey bacon. Fill the muffin tin and bake till no longer runny. Very portable and delicious.

Find something that works for you and stick with it. If you don't like the plan then you won't stick with it. Good luck!

I like to just reinvent dishes I already like. I love chicken parmesan but instead of a heavy breading and frying it I bake it with no breading. Just take chicken breast top with sauce and bake. Top with a little cheese and bake long enough to melt. Serve with a couple of veggies.

Stir fry is a great way to eat your veggies. The way you are making it sounds healthy. Just make sure you measure everything so you can correctly count the calories.

I've heard that the last few pounds are very difficult to loose. I would go over my eating log very carefully to make sure I am logging everything down to the last ounce and calorie. You've come this far I'm sure you can do it.

That does sound frustrating. If you are eating good your body will adjust and you will start loosing again. Just make sure you log everything you eat. Keep it up. Sounds like you are doing a great job.

I am a stress eater too! I now keep healthy snacks around so I always have a good alternative to junk food. Now when I snack I don't have to feel guilty.
