  • Nice way to remember on this weekend @allenpriest. We owe our freedom to many. Gloomy 10K today, but I reached my goal of under an hour- 56 minutes! BOOM! @gam3rguy- I did a round of the original insanity and a round of insanity30. Toughest thing I have ever done!

  • Supposed to be leg day, but with the 10K tomorrow I moved legs to Sunday and did shoulders and abs. We have severe weather warnings here today. Seems like no one is getting away from it this summer. Hope everyone south of the border (Canadian that is) enjoys their Memorial Day weekend!! Make it a good one!
  • 30 minute HIIT TM run then chest and triceps. Second 10k run of the season on Saturday. It is our small local hospital fundraiser run. You can run 2.5 to 10k. I am the only one running the 10k for the third year in a row. Kinda sad.
  • That is so funny. I had one of those dreams last night- McDonalds fries. Actually felt guilty when I woke up. Kept having to remind myself that I didn't really eat them.
  • Yesterday was legs. Today was back and biceps and a run.
  • @gam3rguy very Game of Thrones! HIIT- mile on TM as fast as I could done 3 times, each mile separated by 2 strength moves. On to watch some high school rodeo the next 2 days in the rain and mud.

  • Back and biceps and a 30 min TM run. Actually got to go to a real gym today and use the machines which was a nice change from free weights in my basement. If I won the lottery I would build a complete home gym- a girl can only dream

  • Thanks @gam3rguy. Makes sense- takes some weight off of those teeny tiny triceps of mine. Pre mom day brunch workout- Back and biceps. Planning a run later on. Was hoping for outside but there are gale force winds. I am a very fair-weather outdoor runner.

  • Chest and triceps then a 40 minute run on the mill watching Wednesday's episode of Survivor- my secret obsession. Does anyone else find tricep push-ups extremely difficult? I have to (gulp) do them on my knees and then I can barely squeak out 12 per set.
