Personally I don’t log workouts, completely see the reasoning everyone else has provided however! If I am extra hungry after working out I will eat an extra healthy snack and not panic if it has taken me over my calorie limits for that day! 21lbs is my goal too, im a bridesmaid twice in september (one is abroad) with dress fittings in may! Only been doing this a few days now (have previously been on mfp) and i feel better within myself already! Have added you :)

Ollaa! I'm 23 from Essex.. looking to lose around half a stone.. but my priority is to reduce my body fat % so may or may reach the 7lb mark to do that! Currently just under 11 stone!
