You have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. You may not be losing weight but you're gaining muscle, which is an awesome thing! Chin up. Don't look at the scale. You could always pack your lunch and choose wisely with the foods you pack. You know exactly what you're eating and how much.

Soy is really bad for you... I'd say stick with the animal proteins as much as you can.

The aspartame in those diet sodas is HORRIBLE for you. I would highly recommend cutting those out!!!

Best thing to do is make sure that you are active and that you eat the calories that you burn. Say you worked out and burned 200 calories.
