This covid lockdown has got me feeling pretty crappy, and I'm not even sick. With the gyms and everything closed, it's definitely too easy to pack on the pounds!

It's like I'm a kid at the playground just burning energy. I also like the way it makes me feel at the end, and provided that I'm not rushed, I love it. I do NOT like running tho lol.

Just keep at it! I heard long ago that the longer it's been on you, the harder it is to get rid of it. This has proven true for me too with my little belly paunch and my chicken wings. Plus, don't forget that you're likely seeing slow changes over time, looking at your legs every day or looking in the mirror every day.…

For some reason, I tend to have a lot of energy the first two days, so that makes it easy to be active. Just have to use a little bit more protection and an old ratty pair of panties.

I use a pre-workout that has creatine and some whey protein, but only when I'm training. If I'm on a rest day, I don't take them. Mix some fruit into the protein drinks if you are not a fan of the taste.

Yeah, I wouldn't be exercising if I didn't want to build strength. I've been back at exercising for about a month, and my last physio was in December. Thank you for your encouraging words :smiley:

I think we are so used to sitting and mindlessly eating that it's difficult to divorce the two. Like having a cigarette with a morning coffee or after dinner. It's hard to do one without the other.
