My size 12 jeans were too big and I had put off going shopping. I was secretly hoping I could fit into a size 8 but didn’t want to be disappointed so i only took size 10 to try on. They were big and the size 8 ended up fitting nicely. I haven’t been this size in decades!!

I’ve been in the 150.2 - 150.6 range for a week now! Saw 149.6 one day. Woohoo! Next mini goal is 148.0 which would actually be a major goal reached of losing a total of 100 pounds!

I tried on most of my clothes and ended up donating about half of them! I definitely will be going clothes shopping once spring rolls around.

I work in an elementary school. A student was walking behind me and said “Hi, Mrs ____”. I’m not the teacher she thought I was but I was flattered she mistook me for her. I used to be a lot larger than Mrs ____.

In July 2019 I bought a tshirt at a concert and it was too tight. I didn’t start my diet until this March. Today I’m wearing that tshirt and it fits exactly the way I want it, slightly loose!

I started out the month at 168.6 with my October goal of 164.0 but I got frustrated weighing every day and seeing the fluctuations. I weighed yesterday and while I didn’t make my goal, I’m happy with my weigh in of 165.0

I put on a fancy top I wore to a wedding two years ago, wore it with black pants. It's no longer a top, it's a dress! I believe I could pair it with leggings and a belt and wear it that way.

I'm a server and we have to wear a tie. I chose a bow tie because I'm too lazy to tie a real tie. Anyways, today I had to tighten it by 2 notches because it was hanging low. Yea, that's 1/2".
