I just bought a scale that's arriving Saturday so I'm going to begin weighing in once a week. I've been eating at a -250 calorie deficit for about a week and working out 6x a week.4 -

April - lost 8lbs 😁
May - lost 4lbs
June - stayed the same 😫

Back story 2017 I lost more than 60 pds I kept it off for nearly 3 years then 2020 came and I had some personal life issues and gained 15 pds then another five I’ve been working out but the weight won’t go down idk what’s wrong with me but mentally I cant go back up that high it took too much hard work and I feel like a total failure. End of sept to oct I’ve started walking/running 8 miles a day hoping I’m the weight will go hopefully we can motivate each other3 -
