    July 2020: 154.3 lbs
    Last weigh-in 9/24: 153.8 lbs
    Goal weight end of Oct.: 151 lbs
    Long term goal: 135 lbs

    I just bought a scale that's arriving Saturday so I'm going to begin weighing in once a week. I've been eating at a -250 calorie deficit for about a week and working out 6x a week.

    March - lost just 1lb
    April - lost 8lbs 😁
    May - lost 4lbs
    June - stayed the same 😫
    July - stayed the same 😭
    August - gained 2lbs 😠
    September - lost 5lbs ☺️

    1 Oct - 11.03 want to do a bit better this month! 🤞🏻

    When I get to 164, I will go from Obese to just Overweight.

    July gain +0.8

    Start weight Sept 208.0
    Goal weight this month: 204 (Staying below 205 has proven a challenge.)
    Target weight: 195

    1 Oct 208.0 (Giving it another try here. May figure out that 205 is as far as I'll go...)

    Back story 2017 I lost more than 60 pds I kept it off for nearly 3 years then 2020 came and I had some personal life issues and gained 15 pds then another five I’ve been working out but the weight won’t go down idk what’s wrong with me but mentally I cant go back up that high it took too much hard work and I feel like a total failure. End of sept to oct I’ve started walking/running 8 miles a day hoping I’m the weight will go hopefully we can motivate each other
