Very pleased with my progress this month. I feel my body needs a couple of days to eat up to 2,500 kcal/day and lounge around a bit. Will start monthly again on 1 Nov.

Welp, I took an unplanned break over the last couple of weeks, I went on a short vacation in the middle of the month and just didn't get back on track in terms of eating and habits. I have regained a little but it was a fun break and my brain is ready to finish 2020 strong. Great to see how many of you have had success here this month!

I started out the month at 168.6 with my October goal of 164.0 but I got frustrated weighing every day and seeing the fluctuations. I weighed yesterday and while I didn’t make my goal, I’m happy with my weigh in of 165.01
