Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're toning up but gaining it most likely muscle. This is something I have to remind myself too.

I think I'll disconnect the fitbit... it tracks to my under armour account. .....
-
I've just started some full body cardiovascular work outs. I feel the results already and find that it keeps me motivated better than the split workouts.

Mostly because I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing...... should I disconnect one????

I'm 219 lb trying to loose 2lb a week and set to lightly active.
-
Under armor says I burned over 4000.... minus what myfitpal says is over 1500...... does this maybe factor in maintenance calories burned as well??? Can't figure how to post screen shot from phone

Feel free to add me!!!! I like to comment on people's posts, to help keep everyone motivated, although not all of them ;)

I also tried 3 rest days, but felt restless when I didn't work out, so now I'm aiming for 1 rest day with 2 lighter workouts..... think yoga, stretching, ect .

Don't forget to account for mussels weighing more than fat. If you've only recently started this change, like in the last month, you might be gaining mussel weight equal to the fat you're loosing. Hence we you look and feel smaller but the scale shows no change. Just give it a little time

To fluctuate 5lbs would be a blessing, I've been fluctuating 2 for months!!!!!!! My advice is to try something new.... if you've been running for your exercise try dancing. Or change up your eating riutine--not drastically!!! Sometimes we just get stuck, and changing something small gives us a little uhmph

Talk to your therapist sweetie. Let them know you are on here and why. That way if it starts to spiral again they'll catch it quicker. Besides it may help them to know about other things with this site such as the support network, and that you maintain a minimum intake. Sometimes seeing the change can help, but don't…

My nutrionalist told me to make an appointment with myself. So far it's worked. You'd be surprised how hard it is to back out of something if you've written it on your calendar
