Losing weight but gaining

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're toning up but gaining it most likely muscle. This is something I have to remind myself too.0

Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. Are you eating at a calorie deficit. Doing zumba and eating healthy doesn't automatically mean you'll lose weight. For one to lose weight, they must be at a caloric deficit.
Also I don't think your building much muscle at zumba0 -
OP, what do you mean by "every time" you weigh yourself? Are you weighing yourself once per week, bi-weekly, on the same day, same time, and under the same conditions (unclothed after a BM?)0

And you've consistently gained...how much? Over what amount of time?
Are you in a calorie deficit? Exercise is great and can do wonderful things for cardiovascular health, body image, confidence...but if you're not in a deficit, you're not losing. And it's possible to gain while exercising, yes.0 -
I like to think I'd weigh 600lbs if muscles weighed more than fat. #gainzzzzz0
