I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and usually get 30+ grams of fiber and still only go once every two or three days. I have always been that way. Im also a small person and eat about 1500 calories.

I like most veggies. Some of my favorites are baby greens, green beans, broccoli, cabbage, peppers, zucchini, and eggplant. Tomatoes too, but only when in season and sweet!

I love the principles of the Mediterranean diet. It is based around fresh foods, lots of produce, and lower in saturated fats, higher in healthy fats. I think this is a great way to live for overall health. Just make sure that you are in a calorie deficit!
