Do small things to start. Maybe drink more water-that will help regulate bowel movements and keep you hydrated which (may) help you sleep. It did for me. Instant changes. Then, move onto other small changes. That's exactly what I am doing. Good Luck.

Wow! Awesome Job! And on top of health benefits, it benefits your wallet too. Good luck with your continued efforts!

I bought a 1.5L water bottle with a straw and I drink about 2 a day easily. The straw makes it easier (at least that's what people say) to drink water.

Whenever I feel like it. I don't sweat very much, and I don't have a job where I am physical. So, sometimes I will just put my hair up and wash my body but not my hair. I probably wash my hair twice a week-ish.

At my gym there was a guy who was training people, but he was not even showing them the right way to do things! and he also talked about others. Me, being a larger girl, felt self-conscious, but I kept going back and eventually I became less fun to talk about or stare at because I always came back and became better. You…

I loved C25K! I did it on a treadmill at home, so I don't think I went quite as far on my runs as I would have outside, but I have taken to running on a trail nearby and I can easily run a mile to a mile and a half and feel really awesome! Definitely the best decision I ever made! As far as dealing with bronchitis and…

I work 10hr shifts in a small trailer that I have to sit in that whole time. No stress job..I try and pace to get some exercise and steps on my Garmin...if I pace A LOT I can get maybe 3000 steps a day, but that makes me more motivated to go to the gym.
