I am trying to loose weight so therefore i dont eat back what i have burned ( most of it anyway) .... But post workout thw body need fuel for your burnt out muscles do you should deffo eat then

If you want to loose belly fat, an ab challenge wont do anything for you, yes it will tone you abs but that layer will always be there if your diet does not change, i suggest food challenges.... Im currently on a chocolate ban till may. Remember, abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym!

Hi!! I would stick to running but jog lightly in the intervals... I do it on a track, the long way i keep a moderate jog and the short way i sprint x3, i feel running at a really fast pace for short periods trains your heart to withstand more strain (ie more exercise) Thats just my opinion, And the faster you run the less…

Girl i feel you i am a 34H too ... The best bra for heavier chested women in the UK and Ireland i think is either marks and spencers or littlewoods or shaws (if you have shaws in the UK) you can buy online or in store, those bras save my life! I can actually run without getting a blackeye hehe

Yah i lift quite heavy, plus I play with sports, im in the gym 4-5 times a week and train 2 times a week, im just a 'big person' and drinking doesn't help ... Lol

Man, i live on apples and pears, some say its a lot of sugar but we are fine!
