  • Thanks ,I just worked it out myself ,took me about 20 minutes but in total I ate 184 calories over my maintenance so if you space it out that would be an additional 30.6 calories over my maintenance for 6 days ,if I stick to my deficit tomorrow I shouldn't gain any additional (lasting) weight

  • How often should you exercise per week,I currently do cardio combat which burns 520calories a time but I only do it twice a week ,should I do more cardio or is this enough and thanks for the advice,I never log what i eat if I slip up
  • Optimum nutrition whey if you are going to mix it with half milk and half water or SIS if it is only going to be mixed with water ,and for protein bars quest is defiantly the way to go I prefer cookies and cream but smores is also nice.
