Boots scale accuracy
Is the weighing scale in boots accurate ?i weighed 3 days ago on the scale and again today ,it can't be possible to loose 0.6 kg and drop 2% body fat in that amount of time and do any of you have suggestions on what other scales to use as my bathroom scales change my weight every second I get off and back on them :)

Will I gain weight ?
MFP gave me 1600 calories a week to lose 1lbs and my maintenance is 2054 calories ,so yesterday I ate 2,486 calories and so far today I have eaten 4,932 calories I know that 3500 calories = 1lbs but as I have been at a deficit will I gain anything ?

Over ate
Just ate 400 calories over my maintenance,will I gain weight from this? I know 400 calories isn't much but they came from chocolate cake and sugary deserts

Need help
I have lost weight previously without the aid of mfp ,lately I haven't been motivated and gained a few pound ,I get back on track for a few days and then I slip up again before hand I never felt the urge to cheat but lately I can't seem to stop any help on why this is happening or advice would be very helpful.
