6,418 (1.8lbs) calories to burn ,eat 1,600 calories per day for 7 days means 2,800 calories to burn, eat 1,400 calories per day means 1,400 calories to burn ,need to burn 200 calories per day ,minus cardio combat = 500 so need to burn 128.5 calories a day ,gym closed on Monday so 1400 - 500=900 ,900/6 =150 ,,so I need to burn 150 calories a day for 6 days as well as cardio combat and eat 1,400 calories a day and I will burn 1.8lbs in 7 days :)

I think they said they're going to eat 6418 calories a day but not on Monday to lose 1.8 lbs.

numbers do not match not enough + or -, also you need to throw in eulers method so you can create the Calorie burn ratio to the skyscraper max.
