Just though I'd share this

I always snack between breckfast and lunch for some reason it's where I tend to feel my cravings so lately I've been trying out different breckfast meals to fill me up (I could eat for hours) and I found one ,80g oats ,200ml soya light and 1 scoop protein powder ,it comes to 453 calories but it is by far the most filling meal that I have found regardless of what time you choose to have it ,if your like me and could eat the entire fridge this may help
