I have more self confidence now , being 41 than I did when I was 20 and a lot thinner. I'm still trying to lose 60 lbs but I down myself, like before

I'll be 41 next month, I have an open diary. I don't always eat the " right" things , but I eat under my calories. Anyone else??

This is me and my younger daughter she's 17....words can't say how much I love her, she's strong-willed and has a great heart. But she stands up for herself and what she believes in, I feel blessed to have her as my daughter ❤️

I confess: I had a smoke tonight.i haven't smoked in 3 years. I bought it for 1.00 off the kid next door. It tasted desisting! How in the world can people smoke a pack or two a day??? I can't get the taste out of my mouth , even hours later!!!

My husband's mom and dad passed away before I married him. He said they would have loved me because I'm not like his ex-wife. I was told by his family she had a bad aditude with causing, didn't cook or clean,fighting and smoked a lot of weed. Lol My family likes him because he has a lot of good morales and loves me.…

Hello, I'm Heather 40yrs 5'6" I wanna loose 100 lbs in a year. I've bin at this for 3 ish months and lost 14lbs so for using this app
