I put them in everything and anything - they are great to bulk up a recipe without adding very many calories. Chili, pasta, soups, stews, raw with dips, sauteed in some beef broth with steak or other meats, mixed into meat loaf - I love them all ways. I especially like cremini for their versatility.0

I love mushrooms and find them extremely satisfying. I saute them with two cups of spinach at lunch when I work from home. I put them in my omelettes (with spinach again), and I am trying a spinach, artichoke, mushroom dip pizza thing next week. I don't think I've ever met a mushroom I didn't like. I use them to help bulk up other meals (like chicken + peppers + mushrooms) because they just don't eat into calories that much and are so, so satisfying. I wish I was better working with portabellos. Perhaps I'll grab a few and put some eggs in there.0
