Haven't logged in to MFP for a while. Took day off on 26th. 27th - 6 miles 28th - 3 29th - 4 30th -2 54/50 miles for Jan! Am glad that I reached my goal for Jan! Usually I start slipping around mid of the month!.. I am planning to up my miles to 60 for the month of Feb!

Trying to keep up with the New Year Resolutions of a "Health Me" and sticking to commitments! Did 4 miles yesterday for a total of 35/50 miles so far. Feels like a race against time, 15 more to go in Jan!

Most of my day is spent sitting at my desk in-front of my laptop. We can change the height of our desks, I will try to do two 1/2 hour lots of standing while working! Outside work, I generally do not like sitting a lot. So this challenge is not that hard, but had me think of ways to Sit-less at work! I usually go to kids…
