    Closing out January. Last night should have been glutes + abs but I was so exhausted I took another rest day.

    @angmarie28 so sorry to hear about your car accident! I hope your neck and arm are ok. Did you get checked out? So scary to lose control on ice like that.

    No I did not. Im a school nurse and checked my self out hahaha. Im ok, just a little stiff, so I will lighten up on the lifting and stick to running for a few days.
