I used to do cheer for 10 years which I liked a lot and I still have the muscle from it. What would be a sinilar workout? Zumba? Aerobics? Lifting? I used to be the back spot

Thanks everybody. I love walking. I guessa big part of it is being low on free time but if I want to do it bad enough, i'll find the time. I should add that on weekends, I am renovating a house and my job involves lots of standing and walking. I'm really not sedentary but I want to love working out again.

I sanded and patched a room to prep it for primering. I was sore from squatting and going up and down the ladder lol cleaning is a GOOD activity

Awesome job! So far i've just been renovating. I always have my fitbit on me though. I've sanded walls, halled wood to the trash, and thrown out trash. I've also been sweeping with the push broom. I'm extremely limited on space too :neutral: we got a house but we're renovating. One of the rooms will be for working out but we're in one room with our two dogs until the house is done. Bollywood is the Indian style of dancing. It's a lot of fun and gets you really hot

You sound spot on with everything. I thought I could eat up until bed and feel fine. After doing mfp for 12 days and quitting eating at 8 p.m, I can definitely tell a difference in the mornings. I felt sluggish this morning after eating late. No more of that for me :blush:

I really like Zumba and Bollywood. I gave my wii to my mom in hopes she would be more active but I loved the wii. The dance games were awesome!

I had only been eating until 8 for about 12 days. Last night was the first late food I had because someone cooked for me and had it waiting. It was kind of a guilt meal lol I felt it this morning though

Hello. I think oso pretty much said what I would say. The main thing is to think of this goal as a lifetime plan. The main thing you see on fitness blogs is to never set a goal to lose weight because of a bathing suit or you have a wedding to attend.
