Health problems
I'm not sure anyone follows this group anymore. Around October 2016 I started losing my eye sight. I have a condition called IIH. Incentive for working out?
The obvious incentive is looking and feeling better but does anyone have any tricks to further motivate themselves. I've lost 8 pounds in 5 weeks from just eating right. Between renovating my house, student teaching, work, and school, I'm always too beat to work out.

How late do you guys quit eating?
Since starting mfp, I haven't been eating past 8. I ate at 10:30 last night because I was hungry after work. I felt so tired this morning :s Has anyone had similar experiences?

Does anybody have their fitbit synced to mfp?
It's subtracting calories burned from what I'm allowed to eat, which is odd. You would think it would add calories burned to what I'm allowed to eat. Can anyone explain this to me? Is it doing this for anyone? I'm only looking at what i've eaten anyways. I'm just wondering whyit's doing this. Obviously I won't replace…

I want to start working out once my cold is gone
