It could be where your calories are being used in. You might need some supplements to fill some gaps. Blood tests from the doctors help out a lot and helped me with valuable info and were quite cheap to get.

I have ptsd from a specific incident and gained about 90lbs. I currently, this year just lost 62 and want to lose 50 more, I'd like to help if I can!

The results will come with time. Don't be discouraged if you lose 5 and gain 3, you'll go up and down until you get where you want. Keep it up!

It helps a lot because it allows you to count and keep track of food intake better than using our memories. It's a tool and it works as well as you wield it
