PTSD and Weight Gain

I've been out of the army for five years. In that time I've gained over 50 lbs and I know it's mostly because of emotional eating and depression getting in the way of me succeeding.
I'm trying yet again to lose weight. I've lost 11 lbs of the 50 I gained but I want to lose 70 total. I need motivation and maybe some help in what I can do to not let my depression and weight beat me. I wanna be happy and healthy; the kind of person my husband knows I can be but I haven't truly shown him yet.
Assistance?
