Idk you should be able to type it in this app telling it what you'd want to achieve like loosing weight maintaining etc.. it would give you a general idea. Then you can experiment and see what's right for you. It tells me 2800 calories but that's more than I need for building muscle so it's just all about figuring it out.…

You could either do full body weights every other day or a diff body part each day throughout the week depending on your schedule. I would do at least .5 gram of protein per pound of body weight to start
