No recipes to add, but I bought my brother a dehydrator for his birthday and he's enjoyed making jerky. The dehydrator also makes pretty good dried fruit and vegetables.2

Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Flip the steaks through it.
Pan fry with a little olive oil.
Pure freaking happiness5 -
Pretty much anything you would use ground beef for I substitute with ground venison.0

Put it in my kitchen aid grinder and make some burger and sausage (add bacon and or pork fat as venison is too lean on it's own to stick together)1

Jerky marinate for any meat....have used this on venison, elk, turkey, dove, duck, and beef
16 oz. Kikoman soy sauce
2 oz. liquid smoke - any flavor
2 tblspn Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning
1 tblspn granulated garlic
1 tspn red pepper (or more if you want a little more heat)
Mix together
3 or 4 pounds of meat - trimmed of all excess fat, thin sliced
Gallon ziploc bag
Toss the meat in the bag, then the marinate 12 to 24 hours
drain
pop it in the dehydrator and bring it to work and be the most popular person at the office until it runs out

In a black iron pot Brown meat in a little oil, take meat out add a little flour to the pot and a little more oil. This is the roux, keep stirring on medium heat until a dark brown color. Add a large onion cut up. Then a bellpepper and celery. Cook down until soft. Put meat back in and add a few cups of water. Put lid on and cook for a couple hours. Enjoy!1

How much do you hunt? If you max out on deer like we do, get a cement mixer. We grind the venison, throw it in the mixer & then add the burger 70/30 & spices. We mix a 5 gallon buckets worth at a time and all the spices mix through evenly. It's such short time saver & it's worth every penny.1

I bought an instant pot and it's awesome for game meat. I can make fall apart deer roasts in 40 minutes.1

For any game steaks. From venison to bear. You need a ziploc bag, toss in steaks with 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 can of Coke, garlic powder, chili flakes, mesquite, and black pepper. About 1/4 teaspoon of each. Seal bag , mix and place in fridge for at least 12 hours. Bbq or pan fry, delicious every time.2

We also bought a can cooker. Great for roasts, add some potatoes, corn on cob, carrots and season to taste. Slow cook for at least 6 hours. Way better than crock pot.0
