  • Yep same, looks like the same usual issue that lasts 24 hours or so
  • Thanks I think I'm going to give that a go. Only reason I haven't in the past is because I've been scared to get obsessed with doing it, but an average may be better than every Monday. In addition to my OP, I do find I suffer from bad digestive problems. I eat plenty of fibre and avoid foods that I know I have a hard time…
  • I weigh every Monday. It fluctuated a pound or so for about 5 weeks but I've been 6lbs heavier for 3 weeks now with no movement
  • It is! I am 5'1" and MFP doesn't give me as many calories to eat. I'm almost at my goal now but have dropped over 30lbs. The best way I found was to be active - even if its only a 30 minute walk a day it gives you that extra wiggle room to eat a bit more and keeps you sane!
  • I would suggest using the 'Create New Meal' option, saving it and not logging it, and then going back to your saved meals to add it later.
  • Don't beat yourself up over it - tomorrow is another day to start a fresh. You are only human, even those with the most perfect body an diet mess up at times too. If it's any consultation, after going over my calories Sunday, I had planned to be extra good yesterday. But I was making my fiance valentines cookies and ended…
  • Do you mean you want to maintain regular exercise or actual weight loss? I'd say that your bed bet is to eat clean and healthy to give your baby the nutrients it needs and take regular walks. It's all about listening to your body first though.
  • It sounds like you got a dud. I have had mine since April last year. I did have to get it replaced in October due to the rubber coming away from the band, but that was more of a cosmetic issue and to be honest, my fiance uses that one now I have a replacement! If you have no luck emailing them, go on their website to the…
  • Usually my "indoor" trainers. I do a lot of Plyometric and functional training, which when doing barefoot on my horrible carpet tiles, is not comfortable and can be painful if I land wrong when jumping about.
  • May want to have a look at this in regards to coconut oil. Rapeseed oil is cheaper, with just as many if not more health benefits.
  • Beautiful photos, I'm very jealous, we have nowhere like this in the UK. Glad you and your friends were safe and could continue to have a good day!
  • I love food so much that coshing a favorite restaurant to me is like choosing your favorite child! But right now I could go to our local Greek restaurant for sure...
  • For this last 40 minutes of my shift to hurry up so I can get home and eat my dinner with my fiance! Oh and for my train to not be delayed on the way home - that helps that situation too!
  • I can literally think of nothing worse.
  • You say you are also logging some of your workouts - are you doing this in MyFitnessPal or the FitBit app? When the two are linked and you log a workout manually on the Fitbit, it will duplicate it when sending the information to MyFitnessPal and back again.
  • I actually found that once I went vegetarian it got easier because I could get fuller on less calories. Just research meat free protein sauces and you'll be fine. As long as you watch your saturated fat intake, there is nothing wrong with having cheese either!
  • My standard helping is 125g Cauldron brand tofu for 148 calories. In that I get 8.9g fat, 1.2g carbs, 15.8g protein.
  • My partner is skinny but likes junk food. I just ask him to hide any junk he gets himself, or to eat it before I'm home from work! The exception is 2 finger Kitkats, but they are only about 108 calories anyway ;)
  • I have the same question - I'm 21 and have lost 2 stone. I have a lot of white stretch marks on my chest area (which were once purple stretch marks when gaining weight/going through puberty). I'm just focusing on toning my muscles and hoping that paired with time and moisturizer helps!
  • It's usually around half - leave a bit of room for it to be more/less.
  • I used to have my activity level set to sedentary, and then add my walks to/from work. My only rule was, if its not a solid journey (for example, stop starting around a supermarket) I wouldn't add it. A few months back I got a Fitbit, and let that workout my calories burnt from walking whilst keep the MFP activity to…
  • I eat Quorn products, and find they are much lower calorie than meat. Not all of them taste good and not all of them are healthy, but if you want to cut the calories for a meal, or save them for something else, it's worth considering.
  • Nuts and edamame to name a few.. :)
  • I eat back some, but not all. My Fitbit always seems to calculate a large amount of calories burnt for the day, so I try to leave some calories left. However it does give me room to eat more on those "off days".
  • Try getting up to wander, going to the furthest bathroom on toilet breaks, walking in your lunch break etc.
  • I love mine - really motivates me to take that extra walk at lunch!
  • My sister made a good roast butternut squash, chili, feta and rocket salad a few weeks ago. I'll see if I can find the recipe.
  • 100% try FitnessBlender on Youtube. They have so much variation you really can't get bored! I have been using their videos for 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week since the start of May and have noticed huge improvements in my fitness. I've also lost 1 stone 7lbs and FINALLY started to lose my stubborn arm fat! My usual weekly…
  • Try oats, nuts (especially almonds), nut butters, cheese, greek yogurt etc. I often have the same issue (although I am a vegetarian, so I swap meat with soy alternatives) and just research what food is high in it, and try to include those in each meal. I appreciate it is difficult when on a calorie limit too though....
  • I think that's what I will do tonight when I get in. Possibly a leg set with short cardio intervals.
