incline. and switching speeds from fast to medium to walk and back to run. fast incline running helped me shred calories fast.

cut back on how much u eat. DONT GIVE IT UP but dont eat too much. use the calorie deficit u set up. and stick to it. eat cake cookies watever but in moderation and stay under or exact to ur calorie deficit for the day.

food can be ur enemy and friend, eat the right stuff and ur good. i can have 3,030 calories a day i workout in the morning and usually burn 600 calories adding more to my limit. by 11am im usually at like 3,630 calories to have for the whole day i usually eat Maybe 1300 of those maybe 1600

well i was eating 3 and 4 steaks and lots of red meat and such so i cut it all out and started losing weight instantly. i went from eating 4,000 calories to 1500. and def take all my supps

my biggest sacrifice was people. people telling me i was fat or ugly or makin fun of me and ppl doubting me saying i was too big to lose weight. i cut them off use their hate as motivation and now im like 160 pounds lighter in a year and a half. they hatin now lol
