I like to eat to much , how can person like me stick to healthy diet and exercise any help !

I also can help eating chocolate

Need partner to motivate me

    cut back on how much u eat. DONT GIVE IT UP but dont eat too much. use the calorie deficit u set up. and stick to it. eat cake cookies watever but in moderation and stay under or exact to ur calorie deficit for the day.

    If you like eating chocolate, work it into your calorie goal for the day. Nothing wrong with chocolate.

    You have to motivate you.

    I eat chocolate just about every day. I just eat fewer calories of it and make sure I'm not going over my calories:) Fruit and veggies tend to be low in calories so you can eat a lot and stay within your calories:) I always eat a huge plate of veg with chicken breast at dinner. Get a food scale and weigh your foods if haven't started that yet...its been super helpful for me:)
