Everyone in my work place eats tuna and other seafood items. It's a large breakroom and I have never noticed the smell.

Last night I ate 4 smores, half a bag of roasted marshmellows, then later ate hAlf a party size bag ofor crunchy cheetos. I felt really sick afterwards and realized that I can't eat like I used to. Hopefully yesterday will be a reminder to keep me from binge eating again.

I just went through this yesterday. I just didn't eat back any of my exercise calories back today, that way it evened out somewhat. Tomorrow is a new day, just do the best you can, that is all any of us can do!

Teas of all sorts, Flavored sparkling water, Mio water flavorings, Smoothies, Shaved ice with a few drops of the Mio flavoring, POWERade zero. I also enjoy a bottle of soda from time to time. I spread it throughout the day.

I been logging for almost full 2 weeks, and using a scale to weigh everything. I don't exercis, just my usual daily walking I have always done, and I am down 12 pounds. But I also started at 332 Pounds so in the beginning weight drops really fast.

I just ordered a Garmin vivofit 2 off Amazon for $65. I chose it over fit bit because I can put it on and forget about it. If I have milk, it has to be skim, mainly because I have problems digesting a lot of fats since I don't have a gallbladder. To me it tastes just fine, I've tried some cheaper store brands before that taste like water though.

I struggle too, I get about 100 protein a day, but still short about 20g. I try to double my meat portions during meals, and eat plenty of nuts and Greek yogurt.

Fruit in general, watermelon, peaches, plums, cherries, pretry much any thing that is seasonal. Corn on the cob! Anything BBQ or smoked.
