beef is tastier. Chicken doesn't make me feel as *kitten* after eating 2lbs of it.1

Both4 -
Why not both?
I actually find them fairly comparable in terms of being filling. Which I pick really depends on what I feel like eating.1 -
I've cut back on red meat considerably in the last couple of years. I don't miss it. I love a good burger sometimes, a roast and also love thick pork chops. But chicken and fish is all I eat most of time. Less calories!1

In terms of satiety, I think they're about the same. I eat a lot of chicken...and a lot of fish...and usually steaks on Friday and I like grilling burgers on either Saturday or Sunday when the weather is nice.0

Both. Anything with good amounts of protein and fat helps me to stay fuller longer, so I tend to eat fattier cuts of red meat and actually prefer the dark meat when eating chicken.0
-
No difference. I eat a wide variety of meats -- lean beef, chicken, pork chops, lamb, lots of fish and shellfish. All about the same for satiety for me.0
-
Chicken is generally cheaper than beef; otherwise, I'd eat beef all the time.0
-
Both. I prefer beef but I also eat chicken on a regular basis.0

depends and both. I love that chicken is a blank canvas.. u will NEVER see me esting plain chicken breast. I LOVE grilled skirt steak marinated with lime chili garlic cilantro and grilled then used for tacos or salads. neither satisfy me more then the other.0

I have both in my diet but I eat less beef because it is more expensive than chicken.0
-
I think variety contributes to satiety, so I say "both", and add all the other meats, and all the other foods too.0
-
Since my chicken or beef are consumed with a lot of vegetables, I just don't accuse the chicken or beef of filling me.1
-
They are both the same. I just prefer chicken over beef. I am not a huge red meat fan.
I eat a lot of chicken / turkey / pork / fish.0 -
LOVE both!!!0
-
I try to have both at the same time.0

Both, but thighs over breasts.0

neither, I prefer beans to keep me full, plus much less expensive and healthier

Chicken for me. Just because I have GERD and I'm suppose to minimize my beef intake.
So I just completely crossed out beef.0 -

How can you claim beans are healthier as a blanket statement?1 -

I imagine her claim has something to do with the fact that she is vegan.0 -

there's nothing inherently unhealthy about chicken or beef...
I'm guessing you're vegan...you can always tell with the preachy soap box crap.1 -

Now, now, there are plenty of non-preachy vegans0 -
Depends on the cut...
As a rule may treat is beef, but I eat chicken (thighs) three or more times a week.0 -
I find them both to be about the same from a satiety standpoint.0

I LOVE both, and before I would have normally opted for the beef over chicken. I do feel fuller with beef. Now I realize chicken is *generally* healthier/better for you, and eat more chicken. But, I still love beef. Both are great in moderation.0

Both contribute well enough to feeling full. I tend to stay away from red meats because they make me sick sometimes. Turkey sausage is my best friend0
