  • Eggs and Sweet potatoes with a side of berries. I like to make a hash, but I usually throw in some kind of meat. Bacon, ham, turkey sausage, whatever you have. It has your carbs (without the gluten) and protein. It's my favorite saturday post workout breakfast.

  • Switch her slowly. If you feed her 2 cups daily, give her 1/4 cup of the new food then the rest for a week then 1/2 and so on. It'll help her tummy and help with potty training because switching her all at once will likely result in diarrhea.

  • I use my heart rate monitor and burned a little less than 300 on level 1 and a little more on level 2. Not on level 3 yet, so I'm not sure. It all depends how hard you work, your weight, your gender, etc. But that'll give you a rough estimate.
