Post Work Out Meal Macros

Tomorrow I start a "ccc bootcamp" at the local gym. I believe it's cardio, conditioning and core. This will be the first time that I've done any type of organized work out. It's first thing in the morning, so I won't be eating until afterwards. For those of you that do something similar, what do your breakfast macros look like? I'm asking macros only because I cannot have gluten/grains, soy or dairy which eliminates most of the typical protein shakes and oatmeal choices. Interested in optimal for muscle recovery without supplements. I'm female and 5'6".
Thanks, Ang

Eggs and Sweet potatoes with a side of berries. I like to make a hash, but I usually throw in some kind of meat. Bacon, ham, turkey sausage, whatever you have. It has your carbs (without the gluten) and protein. It's my favorite saturday post workout breakfast.0
