Well my brother for example uses some free weights while doing HIIT, like with 10-20lb Dumbbells, idk if that counts as some resistance or still just cardio. Whatever it is he lost 40lbs doing it.

Need a little more resistance than just running, but not a bad idea at all. I prefer erging believe it or not... But point of HIIT is to switch it up between exercises so you get several muscle groups working.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to take BCAAs with glutamine to help with the soreness. I use xtend, tastes amazing, and the ingredients are clean. I just bought a non flavored glutamine powder to add to this one.

Thanks! I'm definitely gonna test it out with the Dumbbells and see how much it's off by. I would probably want to take measurements as well... Good idea!

Gold standard whey protein. Their cookies and cream is pretty good but my favorite is the strawberry banana. You can get it online cheapest probably. But comes in a big tub and lasts a while! Good investment.

I'm sorry but I have at least 35 mins of "play" (1-3 times a day)... Those calories would totally add up!!
