9Round - The Day After...

I am insanely sore. But it was fun. Just curious if any of you 9Rounders went back on Day 2 to work through the soreness or if you found it better to take the day off to recover?

    Take a day off. Limit yourself to 3x per week the first couple weeks to get acclimated and then go more often after that if you want to

    I always try to work through the soreness... I'm a month and a half in.. I have approximately 24 workouts.. it does get easier... having a protein shake afterwards helps! Or try a BCAA during the workout!

    Never heard of 9Round so I just Googled it. Interesting concept. Sort of like a "fast-food" mashup of Title and Orangetheory.

    What's the membership fee? Looks like they're going to open one around the corner from my house.

    Wouldn't be a bad idea to take BCAAs with glutamine to help with the soreness. I use xtend, tastes amazing, and the ingredients are clean. I just bought a non flavored glutamine powder to add to this one.
