I'm on my first bulk too. I'm a little impatient so I may be bulking a little too fast. I'm 5'6" and starting weight was 123 lb in early May, I'm now about 149 lb. (0.9-1 lb per month). I have been disappointed with the Weight Watches WW125A and the Withings Body scale. Currently use a Tanita BC554 Ironman scale which has been nice and consistant.

Hi pbryd, please keep posting your updates. Very interested in your progress as we are of similar height and weight except my bulk is not as lean :) Starting weight: 123 lb, current weight: 141 lb with 31 inch waist (ie. 18 lb over 18 weeks). Not liking the increasing waist but I can put up with it for now!

I don't mind running in the rain as long as my socks don't get soaked - hate that. I also like to wear a cap to keep the rain out of my eyes.

Hip thrust and barbell glute bridge are some other good exercises to do for glutes.

Same story here, 5'6" @ 134 lb (started at 124 lb 2 months ago). I'm currently lifting but the hardest part is definitely the eating. Trying to get the right macro nutrients to gain weight. Body fat % is definitely going up which I know is unavoidable, I just don't want the belly to blow out. Anyway good luck all :)
