Favorite exercises

What is some of your fav exercises to do? I like variety, taebo is probably my most fav cause I love the intensity of it, I also have Pilates, some dance DVDs, biggest loser, and Jillian Michaels, plus I love to go for walks and jogging

    I know. Currently my squat is moving perfectly and is begging to move up the rankings. But I will always love bench the most. So technical to get right and so rewarding when you do.

    Standing overhead press, bench press, pull ups, deadlifts, squats, ab rollouts dumbell cavalier skull crushers, reverse curls.

    I'm a frustrated injured runner at the moment, but actually sort of enjoying having more time for swimming, Pilates, circuit training (with bodyweight/small kettlebells), kayaking, badminton, and yoga.

    Favorites - Running, Cycling, Zumba, & Karate. Not favorite - heavy house cleaning (but it must be done!)

    I do calisthenics circuit in the pool because of bad knees..and I love Zumba!

    Heavy kettlebell swings, turkish get-ups, and pushups (though I can't say I enjoy the pushups as I am doing them, I always feel really good afterwards).
