It was my daily woman vitamin and a vitamin c vitamin and yes I noticed within 15 minutes I started getting nauseous and then threw up. So I'm thinking you are right about it being the vitamins.

I'm used to drinking coffee on an empty stomach I eat something small shortly after working out. But I'm pretty sure it was the vitamins!

You know now that I think about it I did do that. I drank my coffee on an empty stomach and then after my workout I took my daily vitamin with my water and my vitamin c tablet. That could possibly be it! I might have done that the time where I didn't work out too.

This is my first time working out since monday. And I did push myself alot harder today. So that could possibly be it?

Lol of course it does. I'm just asking what exercises would be best for a flatter tummy. I've been watching what I eat and have been trying to make healthier choices! I've noticed my stomach has gone down quite a bit I was just wondering if there was anything that I could do to help speed the process. ☺
