  • Just wanted to say hi. Lurking around for some days now. You're an inspiration for me. all of you. :) I got sick last Wendsday and had to stay in bed since then. not funny. Read Starting Strength and ordered a pullup bar which will be delivered today. Hope ro be back in gym on Friday or at least Sunday.

  • If she has never done any exercise at all, I would suggest a bodyweight program first. That way she can get used to the movements. When she feels confident and can perform a decent amount of sets/reps I would try to add dumbells or barbells. I did NROLFW a few years ago which could be a place to start. Found it less…
  • But nobody else carrys a bag around. i feel so insecure. Sorry if this question is stupid. :neutral: I had a home Gym from 2007-2015 so I'm not used to being in the gym nor that so many people are watching. or at least I think they do.
  • Hi! I did NROLFW too. loved the result, but all those diffrent exercises and stages were too much for me. Did some SS but stopped for a reason I can't remeber. Did strongcurves and realized that I would like to have more of a no brainer than all those different exercise to remmber. felt strange running around with that…
