  • Haha! I had a similar experience yesterday. I ate a huge portion of Yaki-Udon for lunch, and I was 5.5 lbs heavier when I went to bed last night than I was yesterday morning. Luckily, this morning I was within a pound of yesterday morning's weight.

  • Unpopular opinion: Powdered peanut butter. I can fit it into my calorie allowance without starving to death! As a low calorie decadent dessert, it is really good mixed with a couple tablespoons of frozen Cool Whip or some chocolate Halo Top.
  • I just finished a pint of the mint chip. My local Kroger sells Halo Top for $3.99 a pint, so I can afford to eat it a couple of times a week.
