I know of one person and their daily intake is about 3500 cals. Trying to get them motivated and track their progress with MFP, but they don't like being told what to do when. It's a struggle, but I'm hoping that my eating habits and weight loss will promote a spark for them to begin the journey...

930 cals is over half my daily intake. Wouldnt be enough to fill the gas tank and keep me running.. That's crazy right there. Can u imagine that some people can eat these twice a day on top of their regular meal plan...

My Friday ritual consist of getting together with the gang and having a couple of pints. I normally drink Richards red which is about 221 cals per pint. Sounds about right. I dropped about 8 lbs my first week as well. I'm into my fourth week and down 21lbs. This last week has been about a 1.5 lb drop. I think I'm leveling out now. Keep up the good work!

Thanks. I am really quite impressed with myself, but I have fallen off the wagon once or twice on the weekends. I make sure if I'm going to have a high calorie day, I need to toss some good exercise in there for the offset.

You can do it!. I have dropped 19 lbs in just under a month How you ask?.. Use the CICO method and track everything u put in your mouth honestly. Eat a lot of protein which keeps u full longer. Add some walking to your routine. It really works if you stick with your daily calorie intake. You don't need pills.. Stick here…
