I chose the large fries. But they were only the eighth-highest in calories at 515. Yikes.

I got it right, but I know the calorie counts for most of those foods.1

Used to be the dairy queen chicken tender basket it was ridiculous.
Eta. . .wrote this before clicking link and seeing it was only McDs stuff.0 -
The Big Mac is only 540 calories and has 26 grams of protein.1

My first pick was the triple shake, which was the third highest.
Shakes are almost always high in calories. The highest is the McFlurry. I figured it would be that or the shake.0 -
I also chose the shake which was third highest but was eying the McFlurry as well since those kind of things are calorie bombs.0

I got it right, but I have studied that menu too many times to get it wrong.1

I've never had that. Glad.
(and it took me a few tries to guess it)0 -
Guessed the milkshake at first. Second guess was correct. WOW.......0

Yup. Me too. I love McFlurries. I know exactly how much I have to budget to earn one.0 -

930 cals is over half my daily intake.
Wouldnt be enough to fill the gas tank and keep me running..
That's crazy right there. Can u imagine that some people can eat these twice a day on top of their regular meal plan...0 -
I don't know anyone who eats 2 large mcflurries a day0

I know of one person and their daily intake is about 3500 cals. Trying to get them motivated and track their progress with MFP, but they don't like being told what to do when. It's a struggle, but I'm hoping that my eating habits and weight loss will promote a spark for them to begin the journey...0 -
I figured either the McFlurry or the Double Quarter. I guessed the Double Quarter, which was 2nd.0

Is this outdated or do different regions get different sized things? The most caloric McFlurry you can get where I'm located is ~530 for the regular sized M&M one.0

The Big Mac is only 540 calories and has 26 grams of protein.
The breakfast wrap I made at home with morning came in at 549 and 35.5g protein. Given the other lack of many nutrients, those numbers are not impressive.
People's staunch defense of the nutritional value of McDs is a mystery to me.
