Yes they are, and I've also had the Gel-Nimbus with the same results. I believed I needed them due to having high arches and having plantar fasciitis pain at one point. I will try to find a running store near me that will offer the evaluation. I really do need a well fitting pair of shoes since I will be running an 8k in 6…

This is my biggest concern:
-
About 6 months, mostly used for walking, but all of my past RUNNING ONLY shoes have developed the same wear on the inside edge.

Is this with a raw egg?

When I lost my first 70lbs I drank Crystal Light mix packets every day. They tasted great so I drank a ton of them which filled me up a lot. The Hawaiian Punch ones are good too, and the Arnold Palmer one is one of my favorites and doesn't have artificial sweetener in it if you're trying to avoid that.

Congrats! I know its especially hard to keep motivated with MFP when on board with no wifi.

I just bought some cauliflower rice today, though not the frozen type. I found this video on youtube that has a few different varieties. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8HbnLxMApU I've also seen recipes online where it is used for rice pudding and pizza crust. When I cook mine I will repost with how it turned out and…

I can't agree more! I enjoy watching them and have been inspired to take my health in a better just from watching them. I especially love the one with the group of people that try to go vegan for a few months or whatever it was. Really cool stuff.

I would say yes probably most of that sugar is in the sauce. I doubt the beans themselves have much in them.

My co-workers brought in Little Caesars Pizza and wings yesterday. I was offered some several times and it was hard to resist but deep down I know that that pizza is no where near as healthy or tasty as my own homemade pizza...If I remember correctly Little Caesars sort of tastes like cardboard anyways! Of course I was…

The festive salad is one I'll have to try for sure. I've made a salad with pomegranate before and wasn't sure what to do for the dressing. Very pretty pictures too for all of your recipes. :)

I definitely have to look up that pancake syrup. I love adding a little bit of maple syrup to my pureed butternut squash but don't like the calories it adds so much! The honey Dijon dressing sounds good too, I bet that would be good instead of mustard/honey/mayonnaise that I use on broccoli salad.

Yes to the lime juice, I do the same to my popcorn! It is just so good.

Turkey Joints (candy from upstate NY) They're so expensive though! http://wac.450f.edgecastcdn.net/80450F/961wodz.com/files/2012/12/image-630x472.jpeg

Recently a friend recommended I try cucumber with Tajin. I really enjoyed it!!

Probably not! I think the FDA says if its less than 2 calories then the product can say it has zero..or something like that. That's why I added the "low calorie" part.

Snyders Hot Buffalo Wing Pretzel Pieces. I can't stop eating them!

I'm from upstate NY too! But living in southern California now (sadly)

I'm also at 1200 calories a day. I used to eat back my calories (automatically logged with MapMyRide) when I was logging with MFP several months ago but I wasn't losing anything. Eventually I stopped using MFP...but recently I decided to try it again without eating back calories. It still too early to tell if its working…

Leftover Turkey Soup from Thanksgiving. Saved the turkey stock and meat and threw it into the freezer. 252 Calories - Turkey, onion, broccoli, celery, carrots, canned corn..so good!

I can't wait to try these!

That sounds amazing! Did you use the pear-champagne vinaigrette from Trader Joes? I'm probably gonna go get some now.

Gingerbread Spice is by far my favorite. With a little bit of honey and almond milk, and with nutmeg sprinkled on top it tastes like dessert!
-
I also think I'll eat at maintenance like suggested, that way I won't feel as if I've gone over my goal and/or ruined hard efforts!

Anything I find about PMDD doesn't even sound remotely close to how I feel at all. "Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a severe, sometimes disabling extension of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Although regular PMS and PMDD both have physical and emotional symptoms, PMDD causes extreme mood shifts that can disrupt your…

Thanks everyone :) it's nice to know I'm not the only one struggling here. It is really REALLY bad for the first 3-4 days and then Poof! Everything is normal again.
